The KitchenAid trash compactor is ideal for paper, plastic and aluminium.	Opening the drawer with the easy-to-use foot pedal keeps your hands free.	Place trash (paper, plastic and aluminium) in the drawer, making sure that it does not spill over the sides.


A turn of the switch starts the quiet, quick compression.	The contents are compressed to one third of their original volume. Additional trash can be added to the drawer and compacted until full capacity is reached.
